YMCA are hosting a Recruitment Evening on Tuesday 18th July and would like to invite anyone looking to start or grow in a career in childcare; we’re looking for inspiring people to join our team of early years educators.
YMCA Black County Group operates a network of day nurseries across the Black Country which continues to grow; as a result we are recruiting for a range of roles, from entry level apprenticeship roles, qualified practitioners and Nursery managers.
Upon recruitment, each new member of the team receives a full induction to ensure they have all the tools and knowledge to perform their role effectively; management and our experienced staff team are always on hand to support new recruits. Our staff are at the heart of everything what we do, whether that’s through training opportunities or celebrating successes at our annual staff awards, everyone feels like they belong. Many of our staff joined as apprentices and over the years have progressed to management roles, they stay because they know how much of a difference their work makes to the children and families we work with on a day-to-day basis.
Join us for our recruitment evening on Tuesday 18th July between 6pm – 7.30pm at YMCA City Gateway, Wolverhampton, WV2 1BJ
We believe that every family should have the support they need to develop more fulfilling lives and this is reflected through all our nurseries and each staff member. Our bespoke curriculum enables children to belong, contribute and thrive in everything they do. It’s an inclusive approach that embeds our Christian ethos and values. The children are our focus; everything revolves around making sure our children feel valued as individuals.
