Supported Housing provides residents with more than just a roof over their head. Here they will receive a holistic package of support which meets their individual needs. Residents are supported to learn the life skills they need to move on and live independently and to make a positive contribution to their community.

In Supported Housing residents are never alone on their journey to independence,  as each supported housing scheme has Housing and Tenancy Sustainment staff as well as Key Support staff who support the young people and vulnerable adults every step of the way, celebrating their achievements, and enabling them to reach their full potential.
