50+ Circuit Training

Specific exercises to improve fitness level and muscle strength using a variety of equipment and non-equipment based exercise. Perfect for novices and advanced class members.

Focus on gentle exercise to help you to regain your fitness at your own pace.



The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and results you came for – fast!


Box Fit

This is our ‘non-contact’ boxing fitness workout! You’ll be challenged by exercises that will help develop speed, fitness, agility and power – all designed to improve your skills and stamina.



An exciting mix of body weight and external weighted total body conditioning exercises – resulting in a full body workout.

Express Abs Class

A mat based exercise class guaranteed to strengthen and condition your abdominal muscles.



45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
