Specific exercises to improve fitness level and muscle strength using a variety of equipment and non-equipment based exercise. Perfect for novices and advanced class members.

Bhangra Fitness

The fun full body workout to awesome bhangra tunes! Bhangra fitness helps people to lose weight, tone up, improve flexibility, ease symptoms of menopause (night sweats), tone muscles and is great for mental health and wellness.


Body Pump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and results you came for – fast!
