YMCA Black Country is today saying a huge ‘Thank you’ to The Empty Can band for their amazing, record breaking, busking in Dudley town centre.
A total of £586.14 has been raised, with online donations still coming in!
Steve Clay, CEO, said: “James and Steve were truly amazing. How they managed to keep playing and singing for over 24 hours on the hottest July day on record we’ll never know. Our sincere thanks go to them, their support team and especially to the big hearted people of Dudley who have given so generously.”
Our thanks also go to The Mayor, Leader and Officers at Dudley MBC who gave of their time and resources in making the event possible.
Donations will go towards our work with homeless young people in Dudley and across the Black Country.
