YMCABCG offer a range of mental health workshops to improve a person’s overall health and wellbeing

These workshops include:

  • Coping with Anxiety
  • Living with Depression
  • Dealing with Stress
  • Building Confidence and Self-Esteem
  • Anger Management
  • Relaxation – providing alternative methods of relaxation to deal with the pressures of everyday life and mental illness.
  • Alternative therapies including mindfulness and yoga to improve mental wellbeing.
