Advocacy Services

YMCA helps residents in Walsall  particularly those who may be vulnerable or marginalised, to access the services or support they need.

Our services ensure that vulnerable individuals or those facing significant barriers can navigate complex systems and by standing up for individuals who may not be able to do so themselves. These services promote equality, justice, and dignity, ensuring that everyone has a voice and the ability to make informed choices about their lives.

We work in partnership with Walsall Council as part of their Walsall Connected initiative to provide a weekly timetable of sessions in areas that are affecting members of our community.

If you need support to access online Walsall Council services, we can help.

  • help you to self-serve, enabling access to council online services 24/7
  • provide face-to-face appointment-based support for our most vulnerable customers
