Youth Cafe West Bromwich
A safe space for young people to belong, connect and thrive.
The YMCA Youth Café at Coffee at the Clock is a welcoming, safe environment where young people can relax, meet friends and feel supported after school. Whether young people want to unwind, try something new or just have somewhere to go, the Youth Café is a place where they can truly be themselves. After school can be a difficult time for young people, especially for those without safe places to go.
The Youth Café provides:
- A safe and supervised space
- Support from a dedicated youth worker
- A chance to build confidence and independence
- Opportunities to develop friendships and positive routines
For many young people, it’s not just somewhere to go — it’s somewhere they belong.

When is it on?
Tues, Weds, Thurs during term-time
3:30pm – 6:00pm
What can you expect?
Every session offers a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with something for everyone, including:
- Sports and games
- Arts and crafts
- Gaming and anime sessions
- Informal learning and skill‑building activities
- Opportunities to just relax and socialise with friends
We deliver the things young people tell us they want, working with other local organisations, such as Powered By Can and Kaleidoscope to create fun and engaging session that people want to come to!
