Fixed term contract until 31st May 2026
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team in enhancing our youth provision within Wrens Nest, Dudley by creating safe and engaging spaces for young people to thrive. You will be responsible for delivering a timetable of after-school sessions, Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, aimed at providing both group work and 1-to-1 mentoring.
You will need to be available 4pm-7pm due to varied sessions and available Saturday daytimes.
Our projects cater to a wide range of ages and abilities, with all activities co-produced with the young people themselves to ensure they are both fun and meaningful. These sessions will not only be a source of enjoyment but also a space for targeted interventions to support young people in reaching their full potential.
