We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic Administrator at our 52 place setting based at the YMCA Day Care at Greets Green Children’s Centre.

You will provide administration support to the Nursery Manager and senior team within a fast paced environment. To ensure the implementation, administration and monitoring of existing manual and computerised systems in line with agreed YMCA Black County Group policies and procedures, and compliance with company and charity law.

Duties will include greeting parents, children and visitors to the nursery booking visits and show-arounds for prospective parents and doing follow-up calls. Perform general office duties i.e. postal duties, copying and filing, maintaining stationery orders and stock level management. Responding to queries in a timely manner answering the phones and transferring calls appropriately, Diary management Maintaining accurate and confidential children and parent records Understanding and following all the nursery policies and procedures
