We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support & Conference Associate. Working as a Customer Support and Conference Associate, at our Western Gateway site, you will be responsible for providing customer support for operations taking place from YMCA Western Gateway. Some of the main duties will include:


  • Dealing with enquiries and sign-posting customers appropriately
  • Utilising the central data system, taking card & cash payments for a variety of services accurately
  • Undertake evening and weekend working as required
  • Assisting with conference hire


You will ensure the smooth operation of conference hires along with signposting clients/customers and dealing with queries relating to internal and external organisations. Outstanding organisation skills, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to respect the Christian Ethos of the YMCA and upholds its values is also an essential part of this role.
