Working in a Supported Housing environment, you will use your energy, knowledge and experience to engage with our residents to promote life skills and personal development. You will have a track record of engaging with hard to reach client groups, whilst working creatively to empower and inspire them.
You will be proactive and dynamic in your approach to your work, be able to demonstrate a track record of engaging individuals on a one-to-one basis and have experience of planning and delivering group work activities. An ability to manage and record data is also essential; as is the flexibility to work on some evenings and weekends as part of a larger team.
The ability to respect the Christian Ethos of the YMCA and upholds its values is also an essential part of these roles.
