HSA02 – Housing Services Manager

We are looking to appoint a Housing Services Manager to be operationally responsible for all aspects of the housing service and to take a proactive approach to resolving issues. To ensure the provision of high quality day to day housing management and support functions of the YMCA’s housing stock in Sandwell across multiple sites. This includes, but not exclusively, the letting, management, maintenance, administration, rent collection and provision of housing services including support on all Sandwell YMCA housing sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience of property management particularly lettings and rent collection. They must be knowledgeable in tenancy conditions and seeking possession and understand the regulatory regimes and statutory requirements of a housing provider.

They must be experienced in working with vulnerable young people and able to foster effective relationships with a range of diverse agencies and professional. They will be able to work on their own initiative.
