HRF26 – Weekend Concierge

14 hours per week Saturday and Sunday| £8.21 per hour | Rugeley |Permanent

We are looking to appoint a motivated and committed individual to join our supported housing team in Rugeley. The post holder will provide an effective and professional service to young tenants within our supported housing services, including dealing with enquiries, communicating messages, collecting service charges, conducting and health and safety checks, cleaning communal areas and void rooms ready for occupation and maintaining professional boundaries at all times.

The ideal candidate will be able to make decisions in relation to rules and regulations without supervision, have the ability to co-operate and work together to build team effectiveness, have good verbal and written communication skills including the ability to produce clear, accurate and concise reports and good interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop a relationship of trust with residents and encourage and motivate them.
