We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Officer who has an up to date knowledge on Employment Law and is confident dealing with Employee relations. We require someone who is able to hit the ground running and provide HR support to management and staff across the Group. The post holder will be well organised and able to manage their time effectively, produce accurate, high quality work and meet deadlines. This role will play a significant part in providing a high level of HR advice on change management such as TUPE and Redundancies, case work which may include discipline, grievances, short and long term sickness absence. Staff development and engagement, induction, Staff Forum coordination and performance management, upskilling of managers across the Group will also be main functions of the post.
To be successful in this role you will have a degree in Human Resources or working towards a CIPD qualification with full generalist exposure in a similar HR Officer role.
