We are looking to appoint a motivated and committed individual to join our Supported Housing team in Wolverhampton.
You will provide a consistent approach to clients accessing the YMCA supported Housing Services. You will identify their needs and conduct interviews, completing detailed assessments. The ability to work effectively, maintain accurate records and maintain confidential client information is essential. An awareness of the needs of homeless people, knowledge of substance misuse and mental health issues in relation to young people and homelessness is also essential.
You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Information Advice and Guidance or equivalent. You must be able to work flexible hours and have the willingness to develop within the job and undergo relevant training.
