12 hrs per week | £7.50 per hour | Permanent | Walsall
We are looking to appoint a motivated and committed individual to join our supported housing team in Walsall. The post holder will provide an effective and professional service to young tenants within our supported housing services, including cleaning communal areas and void rooms, ready for occupation. Ideally the post holder will have the ability to work on their own initiative and also within a team environment.
Communicating messages and conducting health and safety checks would be a requirement of the role. Experience of working with young people or adults with challenging behaviours and personal difficulties would be advantageous, as would COSHH and First Aid at Work training.
The successful applicant must be able to respect the Christian Ethos of the YMCA BCG and uphold its values.
The applicant must complete an enhanced DBS check before taking up the role.
